Wow, that's great! I'm brand new here and if you don't mind I have two questions: What is the 16-8 intermittent fasting? Also, I've been staying under 1000 calories a day and eating mostly veggies, chicken breast (4 oz. once a day). But the little pie chart at the bottom of my page says the biggest percentage of what I'm eating is fat. I don't get it. I don't see where all the fat is coming from. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

Yay, good for you. It's so nice to get that nice big loss in the beginning. It's very motivating. I do 16/8 intermittent fasting too, with keto and 1100 calorie a day average. Keto just really staves away the hunger. Keep up the good work. You're doing great.
