Following Keto well. Prolly can stand to lower net Carbs. Working out consistently. Look a lot slimmer even if haven't lost as many pounds this week around.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
