Keto has been highly effective. We have been eating well, reaching macros. Hunger is np issue becauase we're controlled in what we do. Exercise is at least 4 times a week from Biking to Running to Boxing. Hoping to add in swimming to get the triathlon training down pat.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
