Yesterday finished a 24 hour fast, then just had 6 scrambled eggs to break the Fast, used two teaspoons of butter. Lots of water. Also started day with Apple Cider Vinegar... Plus a multivitamin... Battling gout, but I am susceptible to it, so back on allopurinol...
264.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 84.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
