Well I knew it had to come some time 9lbs in under 2 weeks seemed like an unrealistic weight loss, but I don't feel bad about the 1lb rebound I was within my RDI yesterday, tracked all my food and mowed the lawn for half an hour last night, so actually feeling really good.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
