While I could be doing better I am happy to see I maintained my weight for the last week instead of gaining. I was not on my best dieting behavior but I did good for the most part. This seemed so much easier in the past. I need to figure out more ways to push myself and to stop grabbing bad snacks here and there even though it is limited I shouldnt be having them at all till im atleast half way to my goal.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
