struggling to lose weight and am 'sticking' at the same weight that always causes this problem for me. I would like to think that it is because it is my natural weight but my wobbly and sticky out bits (that shouldn't be wobbling or sticking out lol) tell a different story. not giving up this time though.
154.8 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know you say you hate exercise but can't you maybe build a bit into your every day? If you're deskbound set a timer to get up and walk around the office every hour. If you're vacuuming the carpets, do it a bit faster (or, god forbid, remember the "Shake n Vac" advert! 😱). If you're hanging out washing, put the basket and the pegs furthest away so you do a few more steps. Putting the washing away? Carry it upstairs in batches, not all at once. Exercise doesn't have to be sweaty gym sessions. Have fun with it, whatever you do!

Great to see your determination to lose weight is still high, l see you show a small loss but you are frustrated that you have not lost more well Maxine a maintain weight is awesome and a small lose is awesome because they are NOT a GAIN. As Phooka says try to be more mobile and active. Get creative with what you can do at work, l am sure that there are lots of exercises that you can do while sitting that will not effect your work but will increase your metabolism and burn more calories and that's not a bad thing is it. Well done and good luck.
