three days away and eating my usual foods have equated in weight gain. disappointed it is so much as I haven't gone mad but have had some nice food. oh well, back to healthy eating today.

I am doing the rounds of saying good bye to people as I am moving to the States, which means a lot of dinners etc. So I am not doing so well, but am trying to stick to my LCHF when I am not. 3 days of eating is not going to stick around for long, so just keep at it now :)
