wow where is the fine line between reasonably well and poorly - I made some good choices and some bad choices...lol Just taking it day by day and trying to make the good choices outnumber the bad.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

I think that is determined by the check box (or radio button) at the bottom of your food (or exercise) log that you mark as "this is exactly what I ate/did".
