The loss has slowed way down, but I am still motivated as ever, even passed up yummy desserts on Sunday get-to-gether. Had no desire whatsoever, so glad. God is good, the payoff will come, maybe later, but as long as it comes I am okay with that.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
