256.0 lb Lost so far: 119.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wish it WAS easy. I'm just being really strict with my cals. I'm making sure I EAT at least 1100 cals, and over 120 for protein. It's REALLY making a difference. I'm not slurging outside of my calorie limit as well. I make sure I never go over 1500 if I DO have a splurge. I also make sure I don't go over 75 carbs. My body really responds to limited carbs and lots of protein. YOU ARE DOING A FANTASTIC JOB TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats Dawn. You're doing great. That's EXACTLY how I lost the weight last year.
