Todays weight confuses me. I haven't worked out Since Thursday (4 days) and I've not followed my diet very strictly at all.

Today is shoulders and chest so it should be an interesting morning.
268.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
