ok.. back to my low (to the freakin ounce :/) but either way it does prove my water theory... if i would have kept on my water this weekend and drank more monday and tuesday then i could have gotten below it.. oh well.. one more weigh in this week and i might pull below.. either way the difference in my body is getting pretty noticable..so i'm getting happy again... :)
176.4 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't worry about the scales too much hun. Ive come to find that when I'm doing good and not dropping pounds I AMMMM dropping inches! It'll all pay off and you will notice

@ sarah i know its so true! i guess i'm such a numbers girl (thanks to that accounting degree) and when the numbers don't make sense it frustrates me..but i have to remember when it comes to losing weight and the scale 1+1 don't always equal 2.. sigh...
