Almost back at my low.. less than a lb... realized that maybe what has been affecting my stall this time around is that i've reduced my water intake... and yesterday i decided to experiment by increasing my water by another cup (24 oz cup, 96 oz total) and the scale dropped by over 2 lbs.. so i'm gonna try my luck again and see if the mistake i'm making is being lazy about my water intake... i was actually really surprized to see two consecutive days where i lost 2 or more... so it has to be the water...

well lets see what happens today... i'm hoping to say bye to 176 for good this week.. :)

YAY! Water is my new bestfriend :) I hate drinking plain water- UGH! But the soft drinks are just sooooo bad with the sodiul and sugars and all. So the soft drinks are out of my life!!!

@ Haley yeah seriously water has always been an issue for me.. while i was pregnant the doctor would constantly get on me for being dehydrated... but i do pretty well during the week with it. i use mio and crystal light or whatever.. last week or so i've been just doing a little bit of lemon in it, so that's probably why my water intake has been lacking. but today i had FIVE cups!.. so we will see how the scale likes it in the am... damn fickle scale.. just wanna see a number lower than the one i've been stuck at for almost 2 weeks. (no i don't count my fluctuations lol)
