loss 7 pounds last week... and now I'm in my holding pattern where I stay the same for a few days, before my weight drops again. Raining this Morning so looks like a Indoor work out...
246.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
