became allergic to so many foods lately
222.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.3 lb a week

i eat no processed food allergic to dairy, all meats that are not raised without hormones,soy,gluten, caffine,now nightshade vegetables that i love, can not go out with friends because even salads seem to have additives or soy.

Remember to keep hydrated and your electrolytes up. Recommend a Good Multivitamin in the morning along with a potassium supplement and a magnesium and another potassium at night around 12 hrs. after the morning supplements.
