Well I started eating meat on Sunday night, I lost 1 pound and now almost 2. Eating fat was the key and why I wasn't loosing, Eat More Meat.
220.8 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
