Did P90x Day 8 workout (Chest/Back) I am ALREADY feeling it this morning! I am definitely going to be sore tomorrow. I can't wait to do this week right. I am so pumped about doing this workout its giving me energy and hope that I can actually lose the weight and get fit.

Had a Muscle Milk I picked up from Wal-Mart (ON SALE!!)
269.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
