Last night, I had a lot of chocolates before sleep. SIGH.

I started to do sit up and hoola hoop yesterday. At least I start to move my body.Hopefully I can keep up the good work with the slow reduction in weight.
113.1 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
