well only up .2 this week and to be honest I am okay with that. It's better than being up a whole lot more. So this week will be better and I will lose....I just know it :)
I'm going to "try" and get 4 days in of work out this week. Not sure I can but we will see how it goes.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
