A great day! Stayed under all my limits and did loads of exercise - didn't make it to the gym, but who needs the gym when you've got a veggie garden to dig over, a greenhouse to sort and a jive to learn! :)
142.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

sometimes you don't need the ygm to get exercise in! I have a garden too that I did some work in this weekend. What do you have planted?
