I'm baaaaaaaack!

Today is kick-off again after the holidays. Last night, I was felt so bloated that I was SURE when I weighed myself that it would've said 180-185 but NO!

Just back from the gym and onto my turkey bacon.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entries for 07 January 2008:

Great news on the weigh in. It always feels so good when it seems like the weight is up and it turns out not to be (or at least a lot less than we think)!!

Oh I really could've sworn blind that it would be in the 180's so yes, it was a nice surprise. My immediate goal is to be in the 160's so today's weigh in made it more attainable.
