Big loss on the scale this Morning... it still amaze's me how much my weight fluctuates... and I'm seeing this pattern repeat it's self, weight says the same then a slight gain followed by a big loss. Think I'm going to the Gym today even tho its my day off/optional... :)
249.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
