Hello and Happy Thursday!

The moon has been absolutely beautiful the last couple of evenings! I think I even heard some howling... The weekend is almost upon us. I hate losing an hour of my weekend but LOVE having more daylight when I get home. Life is getting in the way of my program but I'm doing pretty good. Not losing but hanging in there.

158.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
