Almost forgot to record my weight in today! New low, dropped a lb since yesterday. 235.4. I was excited.

Wife had some delays getting to the states, so last night was hectic. Work also was very bad, last night I was super stressed. I did a power walk almost 2 miles. It did make my foot hurt pretty bad, and I probably over did it. Today I took it easy. I just ate 5 pieces of chocolate too. I need to enter my foods from today. I probably did OK.

Work has just sucked lately. Inspection went poorly, and a lot of it fell on my team. Now the ugliness begins, and the finger pointing. "If you had done this, we could have done better." No one person made it bad, it was a systematic problem. Oh well. Its like a death or a sick person, these inspections really bring out the ugliness in people.

So, it was a good day for an all time low. Something truly important!

Anyway, its 920PM at night. I am alone, sober, and kitty is on my lap. I suppose that is good. Tomorrow is cheat day. Zach has a game at 1600 we will go to, and he is spending the night at a friends. Tomorrow I may go down to the pub to check out the scene, or I will make some junky food I like (Thinking about breaking out the Fryer, EGAD!) and having a few beverages and jamming to some music. That's probably what I will do. I do drink alone ^^.

I think kitty has gas!

HOLY CRAP...that's pretty good progress this week! It must be time for some seriously fried foods...maybe make a cake & have some icecream...it's been a stressful week too, so I'd have a few beverages just to calm your nerves...then have a couple more to ensure a mellow mood!! EAT, DRINK & BE MERRY!! hehehe Later. (someone fart right where you were sitting?)
