WOO HOO! YAY YAY YAY! Broke through the 230s and down into the 220s today. I haven't been in the 220s since I got clean and sober almost 8 years ago! I think I "raised the roof" a little bit this morning on the scale. Progress not perfection is the name of the game, and I am making PROGRESS!!!!!
