I am back to thinking before I eat and making good choices. I have been using the cable system's video on demand service to pull up exercise videos. So far, that is working out very well. Three pounds weight loss is great. I also have followed the advice that I have seen from others on the site to drink water. If I can get back to 155 by next week, then I can focus on working down to my goal weight.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds fantastic. Water is crucial with SB, the author of SB suggest 8 glasses day and does say it's crucially important. It's so nice to hear your doing well. Keep up the great work!

I love my On Demand exercise videos! I also love that there is such a variety of workouts! Gilad abs kills me every time!
