BayAreaMis's Journal, 05 March 2012

Home now. Thank goodness. Was a long trip on the road, finishing up a massive committed plan which I believe went very well. Sad that I pulled a hip flexor and also glute muscle. Upset that my car broke downon the road in Oceanside. But that's all that I'm upset about.
I have good food in the house.
I have the new DVD's.
I am going to do the 90 day DVD's and follow a plan that has worked for me for years:
No flour. No sugar. Little dairy.
Coastal Medical says to watch the fat too, so dressings and cooking and egg yolks and certain other fatty items have to go!
I can't do the TAM diet for 90 days as it is just too restrictive and no longer a "novelty" but I'll use this is a LIFESTYLE diet and that's what I need more than anything.
I only have 5-8 pounds to use, but I do have a lot of work on toning to my body. It has changed a lot positively, but sadly, there is a lot more to do.

The long splurge is over.
The new lifestyle plan is on.
134.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
