It's not that hard. No flour. No sugar. Little dairy.
Keep it on or about 1000 cals a day.
Exercise.

I did almost stop for a frozen yogurt last night, but came home and had blackberries. What a treat always. And now I feel good about sticking with the plan.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
