Well the South Beach is working for me... I dont stave myself.... but I am eating what I am suppose to..... I feel much better.. Great weight loss without starving and working so hard.... I still miss the bread but as long as I am losing I can give up on it..... I am tired of this fat and am going to be skinnier in 3 months....This site sure does help Thanks

I'm loving the South Beach life. I'm continuing to lose weight every week, which is amazing to a hypothyroid, menopausal woman like me! I like the food and the new eating style, so does my hubby. Most of all.. ITS SO EASY TO DO! I didn't realize how easy till I got lots of tips and help from the good folks here.. and my daughter (ImLuuvd). Thank you sweetie for helping your ole folks get and stay healthy

After 2 weeks, or a little longer if you prefer on phase I, you will be able to eat bread and other whole grain carbs. It sounds like you will do very well because of how you are feeling, and how you are feeling about south beach-I couldn't agree more that it is not hard work......
