I have been following the diet perfectly except, I was using coconut oil to cook the eggs. I think that has stunted my results a bit. O well that is ok though just have to keep on truckin' as the Grateful Dead would say.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
