So I started the 4 Hour body of Jan. 1st 2008. Yup getting healthy is my New Years resolution. 2 years ago I was 124 lbs. and about 20% body fat thanks to "Body For Life" but since then I have gained around 36 lbs. I haven't weight myself since I started 4 hour body on the 1st. I'm waiting a week to be safe. I am one to get discouraged and head straight to McDonalds when the scale tells me what I don't want to hear. However my pants fee a bit more roomy and that is always a good sign.
