I'm kind of unhappy I lost 2 lbs. in four days. I should be happy that is a half a pound a day. My brother-in-law lost 5 lbs in 2 days though. Well I should be happy with my results. Men lose weight so much faster

Well i wouldn't recommend losing to much weight in short periods of time, usually that leads to unhealthy symptoms, loose skin, slow metabolism etc.. Also you might end up losing muscle with it to. Best way to lose weight IMO would be to have a steady weigh reduction, say 2lb per week or 1% of your body fat / week.
