In the 40's...........ahhhhh! Thank uuuuu scale!!! ♫ Oh happy day!!! :)
148.2 lb Lost so far: 76.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

954 kcal Fat: 19.17g | Prot: 64.91g | Carb: 133.15g.   Breakfast: jennie-o turkey breast, white cheddar rice cake. Lunch: Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, activia light blueberry. Dinner: Lean Turkey Burgers, Baby Spinach, Onions, romaine lettuce. Snacks/Other: white cheddar rice cake, skinny cow sandwich, frozen blueberries, light and fit dannon vanilla yogurt. more...

Learned something MAJOR need to pass along to all my FS friends. I have been dieting GREAT and exercising GREAT and then BAM!!!...passed out at work and have had NUMEROUS tests done and ended up in hospital for 2 days this past week. I have learned I have LOW BLOOD PRESSURE!!! Whoa!Didn't see that one comin'! I wanted to warn u about something that I think made my low blood pressure worse and I didn't know I was doing anything wrong. I drink TONS of Water w/ Lemon cut up in it DAILY trying to get my water intake. What this was doing unknown to me was taking my salt less body and further dehydrating it. Lemon/Water acts as a dieretic. I was completely dehydrated by the time I went to hospital. Lemon/Water is GREAT if you have High Blood Pressure or Normal Blood Pressure but it has brought my body to a screeching halt and I began passing out. My Dr. said it will be 2 wks before I feel like myself again. We learn from each other FS friends and I felt this was so important to share. I'm doing better but just about the time I was crossing my weight loss finish line this happened and it has been SO scary! Day by day getting better and now on med for low blood pressure!...btw, I WILL cross the finish line but v-e-r-y c-a-r-e-f-u-l-l-y! ;)

Wow so glad you found out what was going on..lemon is a good diuretic.. Hope your feeling better soon..and thanks for the info...:O)
