The weight is up but it is what it is. Things are finally back to normal so back on the elliptical this afternoon. I may not reach my goal by my birthday but after all that happened with my dog Kozy, I'm just happy to have the ones I love around me. My hubby and I celebrated our 12 year anniversary yesterday and I may have eaten more than I should have. Oh well,today is another day.

Stay strong everyone and give your loved ones a hug! They love you regardless of your size.
