Ok, its only day 2 for me and I am afraid I am eating to much. I snack all day long at work usually so when I feel like I need a snack, i get something off my phase 1 list. Is this ok or should I be watching everything. I am not over eating, just snacking on cheese and lunch meat, anything no carb...
214.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It would really help if we could see your food journal. It's a great tool too, especially during phase 1 and into phase2. I think the main thing you can do is stick true to phase 1 and it will get easier. SB isn't zero carb, its learning the difference between the good and bad carbs. Also... if you're stuck in an office all day long, how about taking zippie bags with peanuts, walnuts and also bringing some V8 juice (try the low sodium because the regular is so high, too high for me to have). Hope that helps. Go get 'em. You can do this!

I love my chicken breast slices (from the deli fridge section) wrapped around a part skim low fat mozzarella stick. I just love that.. its good for taking to work if you have a fridge to put them in.
