Ok I have mastered adding 65 gms of protein to my diet, now I am ready to count carbs and slim down. Having health challenge right now (past 8 months) can't really eat meats/grains/dairy with this challenge....so it will be fuits/veggies etc.......got to get better at writing down every morsel of food.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
