I'm going to be very happy with this weight after the week I had. On Monday my father-in-law fell and broke with pelvis and elbow. He's going to be OK thank God! On Wednesday, our dog was attacked by the neighbor dogs. She had three large gashes with many stitches but is going to be fine once everything heals.

I really didn't keep track of eating and I didn't really care what I grabbed to eat. Everything is as back to normal as it can be today so I'll do my fasting and hopefully get back on the elliptical. I have only three pounds to go to my goal weight and my birthday is only a few weeks away. I will give it my all to get there!

Stay strong and please keep your pets on leashes when they are in public!
153.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
