I was really proud of myself today. I had a 3 tiered cake to finish decorating and deliver. It was decorated with candy. At the party which I was a guest at, there was popcorn, cotton candy, pizza, chips....etc. And of course cake!! I only had water and my IP bar. I came home and had some veggies.
175.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go, avoiding the junk and sugar food! I feel it's very important to give our body good, real, nutritious food to run on.
