One more pound! I'm ok with that. Wouldn't it be great to lose a pound a day and just be done in 43 days. I know that's not what's going to happen but I can work it like it will.
183.5 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
