I've been eating 1500 calories or less going on day 4. I know this isn't forever (thank goodness) but my chocolate cravings are getting less and less. It's getting easier. I never realized that cutting calories (and eating properly) would show results so quick. The first 2 days I was tired a lot, and had cravings for all things sweet! Now, I'm good with my veggies, water, or something else light when I need a filler. Let's keep going!!
