Well, it is weigh in day. It is time to record the truth of my not so good eating week. BUT, history shows I can still lose after a weight gain if I get back on track. The cookies are gone, the chocolate pie is gone and I am ready. I am setting a goal of excellent eating for the next 21 days as that is how long it takes to create a habit. A habit of good, healthy eating. I will reach my goal of 145 lbs in three weeks losing 6.5 more lbs. I will drink a bottle of water everyday. I will snack on fruits and vegies when a hunger attack comes along. Here to A GREAT WW day and weight lost this week. Watch out 145, here I come.
151.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can indeed get back on track again! If you look at your graph the only time you faltered a couple of weeks ago, you jumped straight back on that wagon and zoomed back down again to less than you were before the gain!! You just keep going there... I'm getting excited for you too for nearing that goal. ;o)

Do you feel like I do over our weight goals??? so close, but FEELS sooooo far away!! LOL You could be like me and go on the SB diet for two weeks to lose a guaranteed 7-13 lbs!! LOL Of course, for me IF I LOSE THAT MUCH, the REASON why I will definitely be from a lack of variety! Since this is only day 5 for me, I'll have to get back to ya! LOL Happy Sunday!

You're doing awesome...we all have set backs now and then...I think we actually sometimes need them to get to our end goal...they make us realize how far we've come and we don't want to 'go back there'...GOOD JOB to you! Your chart over there is really looking nice! Keep up the good work! Smiles!
