Started KETO WOE today! I've been following several Facebook groups & I've seen some dramatic results people are having. I'm hopefully optimistic that this will work for me!
216.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I recommend The Oesity Code by Dr Jason Fung. Very enlightening. He has a blog and video's on youtube too. :-)
