Having one of my first carb up days, last night I had the hardest time trying to workout and felt like I had no energy. Usually Carb Up days are somewhere around 2 weeks into the diet; but I believe since I had been trying low carb sometime before that I really needed a boost of energy. Tommorow, I'll be back down into keto hopefully.
