Eaitign poorly but exerciseing like a beast. Not working. Also decide not to goose the weigh in by exercising before it.
225.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I read losing weight is about 80% diet and 20 % exercise. So it's important to get back on plan. The combination will help you lose weight and look amazing. You can do it.
