Did P.A.P. Lower today for the first time. Definitely a fan of this one; but I feel it could be harder. That means I just need to work harder and increase the weight I'm using on the weighted exercises.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
