LOST A POUND. I feel good about it too. Been to the gym multiple times a week and been eating healthy!! I can feel it, this is going to be my year!!!!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
