I'm up a little bump but not entirely unexpected. Our dinner plans had to change up from what was committed in my food journal and we ended up eating later than I had anticipated. My sis is fixing us dinner tonight so my food journal is completed with the foods I'll be eating today. It's one thing to change the foods you eat, it's certainly another to change the brain by installing new habits and routines, but that my FS friends is the KEY to keeping weight off permanently.
