Another new record "Low" and that's a good thing. It's been a slow moving month-weight wise. I've had some challenges and adjustments. I stopped freaking out about it. As long as I'm losing the pounds I worry less about how quickly it happens. I tell myself I'll have less loose and low hanging skin with this approach. :-) Plus I can stop and enjoy the time here in the 190's. It's been a little over 5 years since I was last this weight and instead of trying to rush through and get into the 180's I will appreciate all that I've accomplished so far and make myself comfortable in where I am now, at this moment, in this moment. Happy Monday to you all.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
