I have not workout this weekend so I am a little sad about that:( I have not excuse. I do want to do my new pilate dvd. I love pilates because it is a good stretch. Well as far as my eating I think it has improved I eat celery, carrots, and cottage cheese for lunch. For snack I have greek yogurt and nuts. I have also (even though it is yucky) starting eating a handful of shredded wheat for its fiber. Although today i forgot my bowl for my oatmeal. I am going to eat oatmeal and morning star sausage links for protein. Tonight for dinner I am going to have rice, beans, peas, and chicken sausage.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
